Our Favorite New Wedding Venues Opening in the Raleigh-Durham area in 2024

Are you recently engaged and looking for the hottest new place to host your wedding? Good news! There are always new venues popping up in the Raleigh-Durham and surrounding NC Triangle regions. I am always on the look out for new venues to share with couples - and here's the low down on some of the coolest ones that are (or will be) officially open for business this year!

Located in Clayton, NC just outside of Raleigh - Oxbow is the Triangle's hottest new luxury wedding venue. Couples will feel like they have reached the peak of their wedding experience while hosting their special day at this secluded and romantic venue.

Not only can you host your wedding at the Oxbow, but you can stay the whole weekend! When you book out the venue for the entire weekend, you will be hosting the most sophisticated wedding weekend beyond your imagination. Get ready in the bridal suite of your dreams at the Main House. Host your rehearsal dinner in the West Stables. And conclude your celebrations with an elegant wedding on the event lawn. All the while, you can stay right on the property with your lover at the River House.

If you are looking for a clean, yet rustic feel for your wedding, it's time to check out The Hartwood. Nestled on a sprawling thirty-five acres of land, this venue offers space for a southern charm wedding with a modern flare. Say goodbye to the brown and red barns of the past, this venue is all white with touches with natural wood to give a crisp look and flexibility to design the space as your own.

The Hartwood Weddings and Events

At the Hartwood, there's no need to worry about space for your guests. Between the separate chapel, patio space, log cabin, and huge ballroom, there's plenty of room for your guests to wander. You don't even need to be worried about the weather - the open air chapel will let your guests catch the beautiful NC breeze while being protected from the unpredictable weather our region tends to send our way.

And yes, I did mention a log cabin. The venue features the perfect cabin right on the property for you and your wedding party to stay. This is yet another opportunity to host an entire wedding weekend right here in the Triangle, with every event conveniently hosted in one location!

Owned by the family that brought premier caterer, Donovan's Dish, to the Raleigh area, Donovan Manor will be all the rage when they begin hosting weddings this Fall. Beginning as a historic home in Fuquay Varina, Donovan Manor is in the process of transforming into a luxury wedding venue. The main house features charm and elegance with multiple suites for the couple and family, and even space to host a rehearsal dinner.

Say "I do" surrounded by fresh blooming roses or under the shade of an oak tree. The gardens are the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony. Finally, have the party you will never forget in the venue's brand new ballroom. With no detail left overlooked, Donovan Manor is the perfect space for a couple that is looking for an elegant and sophisticated wedding.
